• Cedarwood – the scent of this oil while very pleasant to humans has a suffocating effect on insects and pests. It also promotes hair growth and reduces shedding. Say hello to more luxuriant hair and goodbye to unwanted guests/ pest at the same time.
• Karanj seeds- This ingredient is great for the senior members of your furry family. It helps heal ageing and cracked skin as well as eczema. It also has natural insecticidal properties. Bruno will soon be snoring peacefully with no creepy crawlies to bother him.
• Guduchi (Giloy) – It is nicknamed ‘Amrit’ or nectar of the Gods for its beneficial properties. It improves the lustre of fur and reduces shedding. It can speed up tissue healing of any cuts and scrapes your frisky furball might have gotten.
• Gokshur- Soothes and heals wounds inflicted by tick and flea bites. We know how much it hurts you to see your fur baby in pain and want to alleviate that.
• Yeshtimadhu (Liquorice) – This sweet-tasting root has sweet benefits like being anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial too. It also is therapeutic for several skin conditions like rashes, redness, dryness, and eczema.
• Triphala- is made of three powerful medicinal plants and has three-fold benefits for your pet. It balances out doshas and can help fight infections with its anti-fungal properties. It also restores and protects skin cells.
• Curry leaves – There’s a reason this leaf is one of the first ingredients in so many recipes. It is not merely a spice but has several health benefits and is great for skin inside out. It is also a magical herb, which can transform dry, frizzy hair to a glossy mane. You don’t need a wand, just a wash.
• Purified Dhatura – despite its dangerous reputation, when properly purified before use, it’s very beneficial to humans and dogs specially to calm anxiety. For pests, it’s still deadly though and is an effective natural pesticide. It also stimulates fur growth and reduces shedding. Calms your pet and gives the pests cause to worry.
• Neem- known for its bitterness, yet it’s a popular remedy for blood purification due to its sheer effectiveness. It is a potent insect repellent and also provides relief from itching, chafing, atopic dermatitis and ringworm infections. Nothing bitter about those benefits.
• Camphor – when used topically it soothes pain and itching due to insect bites. It also prevents insect bites in the first place, by acting as a natural repellent. It also has relaxant properties which can relieve your frolicsome fur baby’s aching limbs.
