Delivery and Return Policies

At Maw & Paw, we understand the trust created with our consumers and hence, the delivery of the goods and customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. Hence, we, at Maw & Paw, have laid down certain steps and guidelines which can showcase our Delivery as well as Return Policy. Below are the basic and simple steps with regards to the aforesaid policies.

Delivery policy:
In reference to the shipping of the product/s and/or item/s, the shipping policy will be reflected on the page while placing of the product/s and/or item/s as well as on the order confirmation page.

Upon placing of the order, a confirmation email shall be sent on your registered email address.

The timelines to dispatch the order shall be 2-4 business days from the date of the email confirmation. However, the timelines for the dispatch and delivery may vary under special circumstances and/or depending on the location of the delivery.

The method of shipping shall be through the domestic delivery partners subject to the serviceable pin code which can be checked while placing the order.

In the event of any discrepancies in the registered address, names, etc. Maw & Paw shall not be liable and held responsible whatsoever for any misplacement and/or wrong delivery of the product/s and/or item/s and any impact and/or adversity of the same shall be borne by you.

Orders placed shall not be shipped and delivered to Post Offices Boxes and/or the Military Address.

You agree that order once processed and shipped shall not be cancelled and/or modified under any circumstances whatsoever and further undertake not to dispute the same with Maw & Paw and its parent company.’

Return policy:
We at Maw & Paw take stringent measures to ensure that the product/s and/or item/s delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there are remote possibilities that:

  • the item may be damaged during transit
  • or there might be a manufacturing defect
  • or that a wrong item is delivered to you

Under the aforesaid three case scenario we, at Maw & Paw, to ensure the customer satisfaction shall replace the product/s and/or item/s at no extra cost or refund the amounts subject the said request for replacement and/or return is placed/made within 2 (two) days from the date of receipt of the said order/package.

The return of the product shall not be processed if the product/s and/or item/s differs from the product/s and/or item/s delivered to you. It must be specifically noted that Maw & Paw shall not be liable to replace the product/s and/or item/s and/or returns be allowed if the reasons for such Replacement/Return differs from the three conditions mentioned above.

In order to place a replacement or get a refund on the returned product/s and/or item/s, you can easily connect with us on customer service email ID by mentioning your Order number, reason and additional details such as the defect with the product/delivery including but not limited to photos as may be required for such Replacement/Refund.

Maw & Paw shall not be liable and responsible for any loss, damage, etc. of any product/s sent by you without our prior confirmation.

In the event the replacement product/s are unavailable due to reasons such as the product/s and/or item/s being out of stock, unavailability of the same then under such circumstances, Maw & Paw shall provide the best available alternatives subject to your final choice/discretion of the product/s and/or item/s.

Maw & Paw shall only refund the 100% of the amounts subject to non-availability of the product/s and/or the same not being shipped.

Based upon the above mentioned refund policy/conditions, it must be noted that the full refund shall only be processed if the payments are prepaid at the time of placing of the order.

If product/s are purchased from another channel and/or website apart from mawandpaw.com such as e-commerce websites, retail stores, then kindly refer to the terms and conditions of the channel and/or website from where the product/s and/or good/s are purchased.

We shall review and process the return request within 2 business days of receipt of the request for return by the User.

Pursuant to the review of the returned product by us, and only if the return request meets the criteria as mentioned by us, only then we shall be able to send a courier partner to pick up the returnable goods.
