RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Return/Replacement Request:
Please raise a return or replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery if you have received the wrong or expired product(s). You can do so by reaching out to us at contact@mawandpaw.com

Review of Your Request:
Please allow us 3 working days to review your request.

Inspection and Resolution:
After we receive your product(s), our quality control team will inspect the product against your claim. Based on our findings and eligibility criteria, we will initiate the replacement or refund process within 48 hours. Please note that replacement will be subject to stock availability.
The products can be returned for the following reasons:

Wrong Product Delivery

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any cancellations can be processed within 24 hours of placing the orders, by writing to us at contact@mawandpaw.com. The refund amount for the cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used for the purchase. Please give us 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

In case of exchanges, new items will be delivered to you and simultaneously the original item will be picked up.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE FEES
Please note that there is no Return or Exchange fees levied by us or the delivery partners.
The following rules apply:
1. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with the seal and packaging intact.
2. Exchanges are only allowed for exchange serviceable pincodes only.
3.Maw & paw shall reject the exchange request in case at the time of collecting the products the delivery partner confirms that the product looks used or damaged, when the exchange request was raised because of size or wrong product issues.
4. Maw & Paw will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where any product is returned by mistake, Maw & Paw would not be responsible for misplacement or replacement of the product and its delivery back to the buyer.
